Heidi learned to knit and sew at an early age. After a long break, she rediscovered her passion for knitting in 2000 and has been hooked ever since. Following several years as a test knitter, she took the step to create her own designs. And she does so with great success! Our yarns have been inspiring to Heidi for many years. No wonder she realised many of her designs with Nature’s Luxury yarns. We are very proud of this! In her classy designs, she attaches importance to fine details, a good fit and a perfect finish. Her saying: „Craftsmanship is very important to me because I like my finished garments and accessories to look as professional as possible and not like a handicraft lesson.“ When writing her instructions, her professional career is really helpful. In addition to being the director of a high school for many years, she also taught mathematics, physics, and biology. Heidi lives in a village between Köln and Bonn with her husband and her cats.
