We are incredibly honoured and proud that world-renowned knitwear designer Norah Gaughan has selected NL's signature yarn On Stage Sport for one of her designs in her book Twisted Stitch Sourcebook – A breakthrough Guide to Knitting and Designing.

One immediately recognises her stylish designs, featuring unusual constructions, lots of texture, innovative stitch motifs and above all, great taste.
Topper is a lovely project, flying off your needles in no time. The construction is simple, yet intriguing and clever – in one word, a true Norah Gaughan!

An expanding Stockinette stitch centre sets the stitch panels and outer panels on a tilt. More of a tabard than a true pullover, the underarm seams are sewn together only at the ribbing, leaving the sides open. Self-finished i-cord edges worked as you knit, the lack of neck and shoulder shaping, and knitting the shoulders together rather than sewing them means once those tiny seams in the ribbing are done, you are done.
