THE CITY LIGHTS HAT by Tif Neilan is a slightly slouchy hat with a lot of texture and colour play. Both are features that Tif is so well known and admired for. With this hat, she takes it a step further, by combining NL's FAROUCHE, for silky, glossy softness with LA PARISIENNE, for the needed elasticity.

The hat is worked from the brim up to the top in the round in a slip-stitch pattern holding two strands of yarn together.

NOTE: We used this combination with three colours to match our WAVELENGTHS WRAP. However, you will have plenty of yarn with two skeins.
