ow that many have received the fabulous Laine Magazine Issue 10, it is time to plan the projects you would like to knit! To help you make your choice(s), we have prepared kits with different options for the following designs: Ascend by Tif Neilan Handknits in Homey Nature alone and combined with Homey Colour, Portia by Natasja Hornby with Silk Divine and On Stage – Long Métrage or Homey Svelte and Snowy Forest by Midori Hirose with Homey Svelte combined with Silk Divine or Homey alone. We are so delighted to be part of this gorgeous issue with our yarns!
A soft spot for Isabell Kraemer's Snedronningen – The Snow Queen – my favourite childhood fairytale! Long before this gorgeous colorwork sweater was named, the process started with a very precise idea, Isabell had in mind. Not only, as far as the design, but also how exactly the colours should look like together when knitted with one strand of ON STAGE – LONG MÉTRAGE held together with SILK DIVINE. I loved the challenge of deciphering what Isabell had in mind and transcript it into the perfect vision, she had imagined turning into her amazing Snedronningen.
